You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and controls, and you will act as a trusted partner to the CFO and the wider leadership team.This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility. You will collaborate closely with the other finance team members and help bring structure, clarity, and scalability to our financial processes. You will have the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility early on in your career and grow alongside the company.A typical week might include: <ul><li>Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, including the preparation of the annual financial statements</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</li><li>Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and systems</li><li>Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management</li><li>Act as a key sparring partner to the CFO on financial and operational topics</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations</li></ul>The key ingredients for success:<ul><li>You have 3–5 years of experience in a similar finance role, such as Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or Audit Senior.</li><li>You bring a solid background in accounting, controlling, or audit, and are comfortable working with month-end close and financial reporting.</li><li>You have experience owning or overseeing P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and ensuring financials are accurate and delivered on time.</li><li>You’re confident working with Dutch GAAP (with IFRS knowledge as a strong plus).</li><li>You’re comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of the financials and improving processes where needed.</li><li>You have experience collaborating with operational finance colleagues (e.g. AP/AR) and providing financial clarity to the wider business.</li></ul>Why Join Orbisk?There are plenty of good reasons. The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process,  annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
