Únete a nosotros en la búsqueda de soluciones para lograr un futuro sostenible.</b></p>ACCIONA is looking to hire a Site Safety Manager for our Acciona Industry in the Netherlands.<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Descripción del puesto</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b>Mission:</b><br>Provide support to projects within the assigned business unit or department, following supervisory guidelines, to enhance decision-making and project execution while delivering added value to internal stakeholders.<br>The role oversees occupational health, safety, and environmental activities, including risk identification and assessment, implementation of workplace risk controls, delivery of safety training and awareness, data recording and analysis, and provision of technical advice and support to employees.</p><p><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>• Perform the Audits, and other protocols scheduled required by Law.<br>• Be a SHE (Safety, Health &amp; Environment) ambassador and coach, support and train project staff on positive SHE actions, behaviors and compliance.<br>• Manage the compliance of the SHE requirements on field.<br>• Participate in the revision and the verification of implementation of the Risk Assessments and the Method Statements for all the activities to be performed on site.<br>• Assist the Project and Construction Managers in SHE matters.<br>• Manage the SHE trainings onsite.<br>• Controlling the site SHE systems and have regular discussions on site about SHE performance with Site Managers, supervisors and the SHE Manager.<br>• Manage Client SHE concerns and expectations.<br>• Participate in the PtW (Permit to Work) assistance, revision, signature, implementation and closure, as well as training for issuers and receivers.<br>• Participate in the daily TbT (Toolbox talk), by checking all the activities to be developed during the working day are safe and drafting the report to be signed for all the attenders.<br>• Verify the access control to the site is done according to the project requirements.<br>• Participate in the implementation of the SHE Plan and its modification (if required).<br>• Conduct regular assessments of construction sites and inform site management of unsafe practices and unsafe conditions. Stop activities if required and work in an alternative procedure that makes the activity safer.<br>• To participate in the site visits and the observations reports to be obtained from them.<br>• Participate in the developing of new SHE activities and initiatives propose by the SHE manager in order to improve the site performance.<br>• Support any Incident Investigations and ensure that all incident investigations are handled effectively in accordance with all relevant standards and Project requirements.<br>• Managing SHE Reports, SHE statistics and compiling Project SHE Report in accordance with Specifications.<br>• Keep and maintain the Safety File (EPC and subcontractors).</p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Requisitos del candidato</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p>• Degrees-Certificates/Training: University Degree in Engineering is recommended but a Technical Degree plus the SHE required training could be enough.<br>• Strong knowledge about electrical and safety international standards such as EU OSHA, EN, IEC, OSHA, NFPA, NEC, ANSI, ISO, etc.<br>Idiomas y nivel requerido<br>• Proficiency in English (advance level).
