Summary of Position The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality control measures and standards within the organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of products, processes, and services. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and leadership abilities will contribute to the overall success of the company's quality management efforts.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Manage daily performance of QC staff </li><li>Responsible for leading, motivating, and training QC personnel to meet or exceed department and company goals and objectives </li><li>Lead or assist in Quality department projects as assigned by Management and assist Engineering and Manufacturing with projects, as appropriate </li><li>Investigate root cause of customer complaints and initiate/complete corrective action, as appropriate </li><li>Propose, promote and champion actions to improve quality, processes and product </li><li>Eliminate process variation and product defects through creative solutions </li><li>Maintain ISO based quality systems </li><li>Implement and manage systems to complete statistical analyses and control of all products including raw materials, WIP materials, non-conforming products, and finished goods </li><li>Ensure customer requirements are met </li><li>Devise ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency </li><li>Actively drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives using all available tools and technologies </li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies </li><li>Participate in internal and external audits </li><li>Develop and present KPI reports </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul>
