AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to be based in Tucson, AZ.Job Description Summary<ul><li>Directs and managers the entire project, provides guidance to task leads and entire project team, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.</li><li>Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.</li><li>Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budget and schedule through contract closeout.</li><li>Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.</li></ul>Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Work with the local management to develop and execute project pursuits and delivery</li><li>Formulate and execute project opportunity capture strategies, including teaming and positioning for strategic pursuits and identification of required staff resources to win and effectively deliver projects</li><li>Establish relationships with both external and internal clients</li><li>Manage and mentor staff to enable seamless design and plan development\</li><li>Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values both internally and externally</li><li>Must possess excellent analytical, technical skills and communication (oral and written) skills</li><li>Proven track record with client account management, project pursuit execution, and engineering staff development</li></ul>
