You'll own high-stakes projects, represent Via externally, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior commercial leaders to drive growth. This isn't a behind-the-scenes role: you'll be in the field, in the room, and in the details.What You'll Do<ul><li>Partner directly with the CRO to set and execute strategic priorities across the commercial organization</li><li>Represent Via externally with customers and strategic partners, including in complex negotiations</li><li>Lead cross-functional projects with high visibility and direct business impact — from scoping through execution</li><li>Test new commercial and go-to-market strategies in the field alongside Via's sales teams, translating learnings into scalable playbooks</li><li>Identify and drive improvements in revenue operations that impact growth and profitability</li><li>Build and lead a small team as scope expands</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A strategic operator: you combine analytical rigor with a bias for action — you've moved from "the deck" to "the doing"</li><li>A natural leader: commercial teams want to work with you and for you; you lead through influence and, when needed, direct management</li><li>A savvy communicator: you calibrate tone instinctively and handle sensitive internal and external conversations with care</li><li>An experienced navigator: you've worked complex deals or partnerships, created value for both sides, and know how to get to close</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity: you thrive when the path isn't clear and take ownership without waiting for permission</li><li>8–12+ years of experience, with a background in consulting, commercial strategy, deal-making, or revenue leadership</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Base Salary Range: $200,000-$300,000 annually.
