Job Description:We are seeking a highly analytical Sr. Financial Analyst to support our global Project FP&amp;A function. This role will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and regional finance stakeholders, with a strong focus on project P&amp;L analysis, margin forecasting, and financial modeling. Comfortable working across Sales Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy, margin visibility, and financial processes.<div></div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support company-wide project margin forecasting, and rolling forecasts</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project P&amp;L models, ensuring accuracy and consistency</li><li>Analyze margin drivers and variances, providing actionable insights to FP&amp;A leadership and business partners</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve project financial visibility</li><li>Assist in driving process improvements to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis</li><li>Support regional finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reduce audit risks</li><li>Contribute to finance system upgrades and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership</li></ul><div>&lt;&gt;·</div>Qualifications:Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>6-10 years of experience supporting Project FP&amp;A, preferably in Solar industry</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>In depth knowledge of supply chain operations in contract manufacturing</li><li>Experience working with operational ERP systems and intercompany processes in a multinational organization</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Clear communication skills</li><li></ul>Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
