This is a great fit if you’re straight out of university (or close), learn fast, and enjoy structured outreach + real customer conversations.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Research and prioritize target accounts and industries in Germany (and Austria), identify key stakeholders, and build outreach lists.</li><li>Run outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate meetings and qualify leads which includes events/exhibitions.</li><li>Document all activity, learnings, and next steps clearly in HubSpot (or our CRM).</li><li>Support the sales team by routing qualified opportunities to the right commercial owner (direct sales or partners).</li><li>Help improve prospecting workflows, messaging, and tooling to make outreach more efficient and repeatable.</li><li>Capture market feedback from conversations, track competitor activity and new use cases, and share insights with the commercial team.</li><li>Support customer demos, events, and regularly travel within Germany.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Recent graduate or close to finishing a Bachelor/Master (e.g., business, engineering, geomatics, or similar).</li><li>1-3 years in sales/business development or customer-facing roles.</li><li>Native or near-native German (High German) and strong English, written and spoken</li><li>Curious about technology and commercial topics; motivated to learn fast and take ownership.</li><li>Confident communicating with professional stakeholders and comfortable doing active outreach </li><li>Structured, reliable, and able to work independently while keeping good CRM hygiene</li><li>Willing to travel 60 % regularly within Germany for demos/events.</li></ul><h3>Plus</h3><ul><li>First experience in sales in B2B environment</li><li>Experience with HubSpot (or any CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tooling.</li><li>Experience with technology, drones, mapping, surveying, or related industries.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</span></div>
