You'll build genuine, durable relationships with the cities and operators working to deliver better transportation for their communities, while owning the commercial outcomes that come with it — from complex renewals to service expansions. Our Partner Success team is made up of talented, collaborative people who are passionate about making public transit better, and at Via, the work we do together translates into <a href="https://ridewithvia.com/resources/category/impact-stories?hsLang=en">real impact</a> for the people who depend on it every day.About the Role:<ul><li>Own a portfolio of complex, high-value partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership and setting the standard for how we show up at that level</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners at the most senior levels, translating their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities and driving decisions that shape service outcomes</li><li>Build and steward deep, long-term relationships with partners, acting as a strategic peer to senior leadership and spotting opportunities for service growth and revenue generation</li><li>Use service performance data to set the strategic direction for each partnership, ensuring decisions on quality, efficiency, and growth are grounded in evidence</li><li>Independently lead multi-year and highly complex contract renewals and service expansions, navigating high-stakes negotiations with executive stakeholders to increase year-on-year revenue</li><li>Champion new products and capabilities internally, influencing Via's roadmap and advocating for partners to facilitate the expansion of each partner's service size and scope</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>10+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of owning and growing strategic accounts independently at the most senior levels</li><li>Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; you use complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally</li><li>An entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity and confidence to highly complex, politically sensitive situations, turning them into opportunities to deepen trust</li><li>A reliable, motivated self-starter who shapes the way things are done and sets a standard others aspire to</li><li>A natural leader in every sense — someone whose judgment, presence, and way of operating raises the quality of the work and the people around them, regardless of title</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits: <ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
