In this role, you will be involved in engineering projects, new process deployment, and continuous improvement in partnership with production teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!<h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements.</li><li>Assist in equipment commissioning.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.</li><li>Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.</li><li>Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes</li><li>Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry, including strip charts, PI/OSI, run charts, etc.</li><li>Capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems independently when the existing “manual” doesn't have the answer</li><li>Proficient in digital documentation, including the ability to accurately enter data and navigate basic spreadsheets</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a dynamic production environment.</li><li>Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to promoting a safe working environment.</li><li>Basic electrical competence desired but not required</li></ul><h3>Where you'll work:</h3>This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
