We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.Your mission when joining the HR Ops team at Einride will be to support our HR Operations with a focus on Swedish payroll and the employee lifecycle. You will act as a key contributor to our global HR engine, balancing operational excellence with a close partnership alongside Finance and HR leaders.<h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Sweden, while supporting coordination for our EMEA and US operations.</li><li>Maintain Quality &amp; Compliance: Ensure our payroll and HR processes are accurate, secure, and always audit-ready.</li><li>Partner with Finance: Maintain a seamless reporting and reconciliation partnership with our Finance team to ensure accuracy and transparency.</li><li>Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee journey, including the coordination of global mobility and work permits with external partners.</li><li>Operational Execution: Support the practicalities of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition at every stage.</li><li>HR Support: Serve as a key advisor to HRBPs, supporting organizational changes and leadership transitions.</li><li>Professional Growth: Gain direct exposure to global HR operations and strategic decision-making, providing a clear path for career advancement.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>HR Operations Foundation: You have 3–5 years of experience within HR Operations or as an HR Generalist, with a solid grasp of the full employee lifecycle.</li><li>Payroll Competence: You have at least 3 years of experience running Swedish payroll independently and feel confident in Swedish labor law, taxes, and benefits.</li><li>Technical Rigor: You are a power user of Excel and/or Google Sheets and feel at home navigating various payroll systems and HR tech.</li><li>Global Context: You have experience in HR within international contexts and a strong interest in global payroll and mobility.</li><li>The Scale-Up Mindset: You are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates fluently in both English and Swedish.</li></ul>It's a plus if you have:<ul><li>Prior experience managing EMEA payroll and US payroll</li><li>Hands-on experience with Mobility and Immigration processes.</li><li>Experience from a pre-IPO or public company environment.</li></ul>This is a full-time position based in in Stockholm (preferred) or Gothenburg.
