Your mission<br>                <ul><li>You support our <strong>end-to-end operational purchasing process</strong> and ensure that purchase orders run smoothly from request to clarification.</li><li>You review, complete, and convert purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) in <strong>SAP S/4HANA</strong>.</li><li>You create, send, and document purchase orders and consistently track them throughout the document flow.</li><li>You obtain order confirmations, review them carefully, and proactively clarify deviations (quantity/date/price).</li><li>You monitor delivery dates, send targeted reminders, and escalate when needed in alignment with internal stakeholders.</li><li>You support goods receipts as well as invoice and clarification cases (e.g., price/quantity variances) and actively drive solutions through to completion.</li><li>You support procurement across <strong>all categories (Direct &amp; Indirect Procurement)</strong> – from production/plant-related requirements to indirect spend (e.g., MRO/spare parts, services, investment-related purchasing – depending on demand).</li><li>You ensure <strong>data quality and collaboration</strong> by maintaining master and transactional data, communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and handling complaints/returns including follow-up and documentation.</li></ul>            Your profile<br>                <ul><li>You have completed a commercial apprenticeship/education (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk) or a comparable qualification, ideally with a background in procurement/materials management/logistics.</li><li>You have initial professional experience in purchasing, procurement, order processing, or a comparable operational role.</li><li>You have hands-on experience with <strong>SAP S/4HANA (MM/Purchasing)</strong>; alternatively, you bring strong ERP affinity and a high willingness to learn.</li><li>You work in a structured and reliable manner and follow topics through to completion.</li><li>You communicate confidently and professionally with internal contacts and suppliers.</li><li>You work independently, set pragmatic priorities, and keep track even when managing multiple topics in parallel.</li><li>You have a strong focus on data quality and ensure completeness, plausibility, and traceability.</li><li>You have very good German and English skills, written and spoken.</li></ul>
