We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Contract Expert for one of our major infrastructure projects: the construction of India’s longest extra-dosed cable-stay bridge, spanning 19.20 kilometers over the Brahmaputra River, connecting the states of Assam and Meghalaya.<ul><li>Lead and manage all contractual aspects of large highway and major bridge projects</li><li>Handle variation orders, contractor claims, and dispute resolution</li><li>Support procurement processes including bidding document preparation and tender assistance</li><li>Manage arbitration and contract administration matters</li><li>Ensure compliance with multilateral and bilateral funding agency requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contract management of bridges and highways projects</li><li>Experience in at least 3 countries, including minimum 2 years outside the home country</li><li>Minimum 4 years in a similar capacity on International / National / State Highway or Major Bridge projects</li><li>Contract management experience on at least two (2) large Highway or Major Bridge projects, including:<ul><li>Handling of variation orders</li><li>Management and disposal of contractor claims</li></ul></li><li>Experience as Procurement / Contract Specialist for:<ul><li>Bidding document preparation and tender assistance</li><li>More than two bridge projects</li><li>International / National projects with ICB contract value exceeding INR 1,750 Crores in at least two projects</li></ul></li><li>Experience in handling arbitration cases related to highway or major bridge projects</li><li>Experience in projects funded by Multilateral and/or Bilateral Funding Agencies</li><li>Age limit: Not more than 60 years</li></ul>
