KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  <ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Assist the project lead / project manager to manage and ensure successful completion of project(s) within the schedule time, cost and quality. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Assist the project lead / project manager to resolve contract related matters for project delivery and closure. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Assist the project lead / project manager to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved methodologies and procedures. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Maintain and manage project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Attend progress/ad-hoc meetings with client and contractors and manage progress updates to the client on weekly and monthly basis. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and senior management. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Ensuring project deadlines are met. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Providing administrative support as needed. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Undertaking project tasks as required. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project. </li></ul> RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE   <ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Bachelor/master’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized and reputable university. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or reclamation projects. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Proactive team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Self-motivated, disciplined, and resourceful. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Ability to work under tight deadlines. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Willing to accept project-based employment. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-size:14px !important;">Willing to be assigned in Manila. </li></ul> At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
