Now, for you to thrive in this role, your ideal background would look like this:</div><br><ul><li>Experience in contract management, commercial coordination, or project administration.</li><li>Understanding of contractual structures used in EPC, energy, or technical project environments.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an organized way of working.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners.</li><li>English C1; Romanian fluency; other European languages are a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with negotiation basics, legal terminology, or project workflows is beneficial.</li></ul></div>
