We are looking for Operations Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will help deploy and retrieve our fleet of shared electric vehicles. You will support partnerships with cities, battery management operations, and much more. This is an exciting role where you will wear many ‘helmets’ to support the Lime team.   This is a full-time warehouse-based position that requires you to be onsite during your assigned shift. The night shift hours are 12:00 - 8:30 pm. The shifts available for this position are either Friday - Tuesday, Saturday - Wednesday, or Sunday - Thursday.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market including daily travel to the East Bay</li><li>Interact with the local community to retrieve vehicles critically assessing risk to not compromise safety and occasionally using de escalation skills</li><li>Address and resolve issues with city requests related to stickers, reflectors, and other minor issues as outlined by Lime established service level agreements</li><li>Maintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and manager </li><li>Participate in Lime events including providing support with valet services, assisting in staging and conducting safety reviews while ensuring the cleanliness of our vehicles</li><li>Support battery management operations when applicable by ensuring accurate documentation, safety measures, and quality checks are completed </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on our vehicles by identifying and completing small repairs including but not limited to brake adjustments and tire inflation, and assisting with the rotation of scooters and supporting in warehouse flow </li><li>Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols of the local area to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness in accordance with city requests</li><li>Detect and report uncommon situations related to on the ground service and product</li><li>Occasionally assist customers in field by providing support related to Lime vehicles</li><li>Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles </li><li>May operate a pallet jack or push cart on an as needed basis</li><li>Additional job related tasks as assigned</li></ul>About you: <ul style=""><li>Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid in-state driver license and clean driving record</li><li>Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate in English at a level sufficient to follow safety procedures, read and complete required documentation, utilize mobile applications and tools, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. </li><li>Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis required </li><li>Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends  </li><li>Experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs</li><li>Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks  </li><li>A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members, riders, and city officials </li></ul>What We Offer<ul style=""><li>Comprehensive Health &amp; Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
