Derapi is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Operations Manager. Reporting to Derapi’s President, this colleague will play a key role in ensuring that our customers and partners realize maximum value from using the Derapi platform. You will guide new partners and customers through onboarding and technical implementation, support them in scaling integrations, help them realize value from their connections to the Derapi platform and grow their business with Derapi. Collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams, you will translate customer feedback into product improvements and new feature priorities. You will also develop internal processes and systems to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the entire customer lifecycle, from initial outreach through implementation and ongoing operation.
