We are seeking a Principal Engineer- HVAC(Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful B+P projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.Here is what you will do:<ul><li>Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings</li><li>Prepares technical specification sections</li><li>Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements</li><li>Leads HVAC system design for complex commercial, residential, and data center projects</li><li>Conducts energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance</li><li>Collaborates with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions</li><li>Develops and implements sustainable design strategies to meet energy efficiency goals</li><li>Oversees the selection and sizing of HVAC equipment and components</li><li>Ensures compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and other relevant regulations</li><li>Mentors junior engineers and provides technical guidance to the HVAC design team</li><li>Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions</li><li>Conducts site visits to assess existing conditions and verify installation of HVAC systems</li></ul>
