If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about driving world-class manufacturing processes, this is the opportunity for you!</p><h2>What you get to do!</h2><p>As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will coordinate production operations and team members. Your role will include:</p><h3>Production Management</h3><ul><li>Lead daily stand-ups and track metrics on the MDI board</li><li>Build and complete production plans to meet targets</li><li>Monitor upstream/downstream processes to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Identify and resolve production roadblocks</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>Assign flow cell tasks and monitor individual efficiency</li><li>Provide mentoring and training as needed</li><li>Conduct employee reviews (30/60/90 day and annual)</li><li>Ensure effective communication between team and leadership</li></ul><h3>Quality &amp; Compliance</h3><ul><li>Perform quality audits and ensure SOP compliance</li><li>Build and resolve non-conformance reports</li><li>Attend MRB meetings and sign off on dispositions</li><li>Monitor jobbing performance and time tracking</li></ul><h3>Additional Duties</h3><ul><li>Champion safety and 5S standards</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Participate in production work as needed based on demand</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of all processes</li></ul><h2>What you will bring to the Team</h2><ul><li>5+ years of manufacturing or production supervision experience</li><li>Proven understanding of lean manufacturing principles</li><li>Experience with quality control systems and processes</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to read and interpret production plans and technical documents</li><li>Problem-solving approach and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Experience with production tracking systems and metrics</li><li>Dedication to safety and continuous improvement</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related field preferred</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
