If you are passionate about putting your energy into limiting every single .1 degree of warming that we possibly can, you love checking things off a to do list and you are a positive and detail-oriented person, this is the job for you! As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our breakthrough technology to the world by helping to successfully recruit, onboard and support our international team of engineers and scientists.</div><div> </div><div>In this capacity, your responsibilities will center around:</div><div> </div><div>- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing supplies, welcoming guests and ensuring general upkeep;</div><div>- Liaise, negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and contractors;</div><div>- Ensure all investors/partners/clients/candidates have great experiences onsite;</div><div>- Support in coordination of all onboarding &amp; offboarding processes;</div><div>- Act as main point of contact for employees regarding office matters, benefits, and general inquiries;</div><div>- Assist foreign Dioxyclers with settling in France and day to day problems they encounter (this sometimes involves helping them call French administration/banks/insurance companies, etc);</div><div>- Organize team-building activities (once per month in Paris and in San Francisco), lunches/breakfasts and annual team seminar;</div><div>- Support Director of People in recruitment activities, including sourcing of candidates, scheduling interviews, screening junior candidates.</div><div> </div><div>We seek someone who is dedicated to advancing our mission and possesses the skills and qualities outlined below.
