HR Systems, Administration, Immigration &amp; Reporting.</li><li>Perform and/or coordinate day-to-day HR administration activities, including employment documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes, employment letters, and employee file maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation.</li><li>Support immigration and work authorization processes in coordination with external counsel including work permit applications, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring timely renewals and status updates.</li><li>Monitor visa and work permit timelines proactively to mitigate business continuity risks related to immigration statuses.</li></ul>ACCIONA Knowledge &amp; Ambassadorship<ul><li>Develop strong knowledge of ACCIONA’s HR frameworks, policies, and culture.</li><li>Act as an ACCIONA ambassador, supporting project HR teams with guidance and expertise.</li></ul>Other<ul><li>Other duties as required.
