Your influence will extend beyond individual boards or subsystems — helping architect solutions that meet today’s demands and smartly scale for the future.</p><p>If you’re ready to push technical boundaries, guide the company’s thinking, and make ICEYE a place that cultivates world-class engineering talent, this role is for you.</p><p>To support the company's growth, we continue to scale our Avionics Team and are looking for a Staff  Electronics Engineer to join our global Spacecraft Engineering Department.</p><p></p><h3>About the role?</h3><p>As a Staff Electronics Engineer (Avionics) you will:</p><ul><li>Lead the design, development,  validation testing and qualification of high-reliability mixed-signal electronics for our satellites.</li><li>Own technical systems with end-to-end accountability, ensuring they meet mission and scalability needs.</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary development projects</li><li>Drive engineering discipline and best practices across teams, influencing how ICEYE builds spacecraft hardware.</li><li>Anticipate future needs, architecting systems and developing  processes that keep ICEYE at the forefront of satellite electronics. </li><li>Use data, feedback and industry trends  to implement new ideas that advance our electronics platform.</li><li>Mentor and multiply the capabilities of the wider engineering organization.</li></ul><p></p><p>High quality electronics are an extremely important part of our satellites.
