This includes deep cleaning-scrubbing, de-scaling etc.<ul><li>Troubleshoot, resolve potential problems and report damages before they result in service issues, this includes minor repairs to trailer towing vehicles.</li></ul></li><li>Delivery of washroom trailers (multiple sizes), porta potties, and hand washing stations.</li><li>Trailer hook-up and towing of all trailer sizes on site.</li><li>Aid drivers with loading, unloading, and inspecting equipment. </li><li>Work with Supervisors, communicating and coordinating cleaning and repairs.</li><li>Work with schedulers coordinating upcoming deliveries, pickups, grease trap services.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Maintaining accurate inventory records of equipment, supplies, and materials in the yard.</li><li>Maintaining yearly safety, inspection logs, unit keys and locks</li><li>Performing general yard maintenance tasks like grass cutting, gravel upkeep, and snow removal.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing heavy lifting and cleaning duties.</li><li>Work with Supervisor establishing or implement policies and procedures for all porta/septic staff.</li><li>Preparing reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.</li><li>Communicate with field team and administration building business</li><li>Interact with customers, co-workers and other leads/supervisors.</li><li>Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Class G Driver's License</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning or custodial services.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting as required.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task &amp; prioritize tasks.</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail in all tasks</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong customer focus.</li><li>Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word is an asset.</li><li>Works under minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience in transportation or waste management industry would be an asset.</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
