Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning, this roll will support the Teledyne Machine Vision Camera Group’s Asia customers and sales team.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and validate incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Process and assist with sales orders, RMAs, and new customer applications</li><li>Perform customer screening in support of Trade Compliance requirements</li><li>Coordinate Export Permit applications between our customers and the Global Trade Compliance Team</li><li>Review, action, and respond to customer service requests from customers including the status and schedule of orders and repairs</li><li>Generate backlog and sales reporting</li><li>Communicate customer requirements such as expedites and schedule changes with internal operations teams at the respective manufacturing facilities</li><li>Provide support to the sales team as needed and contribute to process improvements within the sales department</li><li>Ad hoc tasks as assigned</li></ul>Job Qualifications:Preferred SAP Knowledge but we provide training also<ul><li>Strong English skills – both written and verbal. A second language is a benefit</li><li>MS Office Skills, especially Office and Excel</li><li>Solid administrative and organizational skills</li><li>A high level of team orientation and intercultural awareness</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>ERP Experience – SAP S4 preferred</li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years of Customer Service experience (technology manufacturing space preferred)</li><li>High School Diploma (or equivalent)</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
