Your mission We are seeking a seasoned Senior Policy Analyst to serve as our eyes, ears, and voice at the heart of European decision-making. Based in Brussels, you will play a pivotal role in influencing the regulatory environment for renewable energy and energy storage? Some of your key contribution will be: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Proactively monitor, analyse, and report on EU policy, legislative, and regulatory developments impacting the clean energy sector.</li><li>Develop and execute advocacy strategies to positively influence policy outcomes with advisors and stakeholders.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders, including EU institutions and industry associations.</li><li>Translate complex policy insights into clear briefings and recommendations for internal teams to guide business strategy.</li><li>Draft high-quality position papers, consultation responses, briefing notes, and presentations articulating the company's stance.</li><li>Collaborate with PR and Market Research teams to ensure policy insights inform external communication and market analysis.</li></ul> Your profile To be successful in this role, your background will be similar to the following: <ul><li>Master’s degree in European Affairs, Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in policy analysis, public affairs, or government relations, preferably within the energy, climate, or tech sectors.</li><li>Direct experience working within or closely with EU institutions is a significant advantage.</li><li>Deep understanding of EU policymaking processes and the current European energy &amp; climate policy landscape.</li><li>An established and relevant network in Brussels is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.</li></ul>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex issues effectively. Why us?
