<ul><li>Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).</li><li>Review and approve Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits.</li><li>Monitor corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities.</li><li>Perform site inspections and surveillance to verify workmanship and material compliance.</li><li>Witness testing of construction materials such as concrete, soil, aggregates, steel, and marine materials where applicable.</li><li>Ensure proper calibration and use of testing equipment.</li><li>Verify dimensional accuracy, levels, alignment, and tolerances of executed works.</li><li>Monitor laboratory testing activities (field and third-party labs).</li><li>Maintain comprehensive quality records, including:<ul><li>Inspection reports</li><li>Material Approvals (MAR)</li><li>Method Statements</li><li>Test Reports</li><li>Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)</li><li>Corrective Action Reports (CAR)</li></ul></li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.</li><li>Ensure proper document control and traceability of materials and works.</li><li>Review material submittals and technical datasheets.</li><li>Inspect incoming materials for compliance with approved specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding quality requirements.</li><li>Ensure storage, handling, and preservation procedures are followed.</li><li>Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and client representatives.</li><li>Attend quality meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.</li><li>Provide technical support related to quality issues.</li><li>Assist in project handover documentation and final dossiers.</li><li>Identify deviations from specifications and raise NCRs.</li><li>Evaluate root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Verify closure of NCRs and maintain records.</li><li>Ensure QA/QC activities comply with HSE requirements.</li><li>Promote safe working practices during inspections and testing.</li><li>Support compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.</li></ul>
