<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div>The Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Associate plays a critical role in both corporate and project-level financial planning, executive reporting, and enterprise financial systems management. This position partners closely with Finance leadership and executive stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and decision-oriented financial insights that support capital allocation, liquidity planning, and overall company performance. This is a high-visibility role requiring advanced financial modeling expertise, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a capital-intensive, growth-oriented environment. The Associate will take ownership of core FP&amp;A processes and contribute to scaling and enhancing the company’s financial planning infrastructure.Requirements  Executive Reporting &amp; Financial Analysis<ul><li>Lead preparation of corporate and project-level financial reporting packages for executive leadership.</li><li>Synthesize financial and operational data into clear, executive-ready insights highlighting key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Support preparation of Board and investor-facing materials, as needed.</li><li>Present financial analyses to senior leadership with increasing ownership over time.</li></ul>Financial Planning, Forecasting &amp; Systems Ownership<ul><li>Lead key components of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.</li><li>Maintain and enhance integrated financial models, including long-range planning and scenario analysis.</li><li>Perform detailed variance analysis and identify performance drivers across corporate and project entities.</li><li>Serve as a primary FP&amp;A owner of Workday Adaptive Planning, including model development, structural enhancement, and reporting automation.</li><li>Ensure model integrity across entities, versions, and dimensional structures, partnering with Accounting and IT as needed.</li></ul>Treasury &amp; Capital Planning Support<ul><li>Provide analytical support to Treasury to ensure alignment between operating forecasts and liquidity requirements.</li><li>Support modeling of financing transactions and capital structure scenarios.</li><li>Support financial evaluation of new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Other duties as needed.</li></ul>  Required Experience <ul><li>5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, public accounting, or related financial roles.</li><li>Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level financial reporting and decision-support analysis.</li><li>Experience in capital-intensive, multi-entity, or project-based environments preferred.</li><li>Renewable energy project development experience strongly preferred.</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished executive-ready materials and clearly convey complex financial insights.</li><li>High degree of ownership and ability to operate independently with limited oversight.</li><li>Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel and enterprise planning systems).</li><li>Hands-on experience building and structurally managing models within an enterprise FP&amp;A / EPM platform required.</li><li>Workday Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.</li><li>Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred.</li></ul>Physical Requirements The Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Associate may be required to endure the following physical activities, environmental conditions, and physical demands:<ul><li>Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods,</li><li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another,</li><li>Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions,</li><li>repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, and</li><li>assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. </li></ul>
