You will use Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) daily to manage replenishment settings, correct errors, and maintain clean, accurate system data.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Inventory &amp; Replenishment</b></p><ul><li>Manage purchasing and stock replenishment for six core locations</li><li>Coordinate inter‑branch transfers across 15 total locations</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing metrics in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid outages or excess inventory</li><li>Identify trends, adjust settings, and manage stock write‑downs where required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Supplier &amp; Product Management</b></p><ul><li>Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, returns, and discrepancies</li><li>Manage bulk supplier purchases, including assessing volume opportunities, aligning buys with inventory strategy, and coordinating distribution across multiple branches</li><li>Resolve issues such as shortages, late shipments, and product defects</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to understand demand, project needs, and customer requirements</li><li>Support internal stakeholders with product sourcing, substitutions, and alternative solutions</li><li>Assist with error correction to help reduce discrepancies, drive system accuracy, and improve process consistency</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical + Product Knowledge</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain an understanding of key product lines to support effective purchasing decisions</li><li>Monitor manufacturer updates and changes impacting stocking strategy</li></ul><p></p><div></div><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>Experience in purchasing, supply chain, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related environments</li><li>Wholesale electrical industry experience is strongly preferred</li><li>Strong communication and organization skills—able to coordinate across multiple teams and locations</li><li>Negotiation instincts and confidence working directly with suppliers</li><li>A self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a multi‑site workflow</li><li>Intermediate or stronger experience with ERP inventory management, ideally Epicor Prophet 21</li><li>Comfort analyzing data, spotting inconsistencies, and improving system accuracy</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p></p><h1><b>What’s in it for you</b></h1><p>We are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
