You will ensure effective execution of all testing and inspection activities and continuous improvement of the management system and maintain impartiality and independence; reject actions that compromise integrity.2. You will oversee method selection and validation, assess personnel competence and monitor and control testing environments and facility conditions.3. You will review client testing proposals and develop detailed test work plans also organize task scheduling, proficiency testing and repeatability studies.4. You will guide personnel in following established testing procedures and review raw data and ensure accuracy of results.5. You will manage storage and safekeeping of technical documents and oversee instrument usage, maintenance, and labeling.6. You will participate in quality control activities per the quality monitoring plan and be responsible for on-site safety in the testing room and the proper execution of ST5 and ABRA procedures.7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.8.
