You’ll support the provision of practical, business‑focused legal advice across the region, helping enable safe, timely and commercially sound delivery of power and energy projects.Power without pause. From major events that run for weeks to industrial operations and remote communities that rely on us for years.What you’ll do as a Legal Counsel:<ul><li>Support end‑to‑end commercial contracting: drafting and negotiating MSAs, supply agreements, O&amp;M contracts, PPAs/ESAs, frameworks, and subcontracting arrangements.</li><li>Assist with structuring hybrid &amp; microgrid projects (solar + BESS + thermal): help define commercial terms and coordinate with engineering, commercial and delivery teams.</li><li>Provide guidance on public procurement, tenders and regulatory matters across Middle Eastern jurisdictions.</li><li>Support compliance activities (ABC, AML, sanctions, export controls, competition).</li><li>Support with early‑stage dispute handling: coordinate fact gathering, assess risk, engage external counsel, and assist with mediation, settlement, arbitration or litigation processes.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>A qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ post‑qualified experience in commercial, construction or project contracting.</li><li>Experienced in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, industrial services or equipment rental.</li><li>Familiar with EPC/O&amp;M structures, performance regimes and common security instruments.</li><li>Comfortable managing cross‑border matters and working with external counsel.</li><li>Knowledgeable in key compliance areas including anti‑bribery, AML and sanctions.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A commercially focused, international role supporting high‑value energy projects across diverse jurisdictions.</li><li>Competitive base salary and annual bonus.</li><li>Flexible working location within the Middle East and collaboration with global legal and commercial teams.</li><li>Learning, development and career‑growth support.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package subject to local policy.</li></ul>Our people are can‑do, positive, resilient and persistent.
