<p>The Senior Construction Quality Control Manager I (CQC Manager) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ICON’s Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program for military construction (MILCON) projects. This role serves as the contractor’s on-site authority for quality control and ensures that all construction activities comply with contract documents, approved submittals, USACE/NAVFAC requirements, and applicable federal regulations. The CQC Manager leads proactive quality planning and execution using the Three-Phase Control System, coordinating closely with Government Quality Assurance (QA) representatives, to enforce strict compliance with construction quality requirements.
