<div> JOB TITLE: Cultivation TechnicianAUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reports directly to the Cultivation Coordinators with additional oversight by Cultivation Management </li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Responsible for maintaining the quality of all manufactured products</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Track all grow room sanitation in the appropriate logs</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Day-to-day plant maintenance including pruning and trellising</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Keep flower rooms immaculate and fully operational<ul><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Sweep &amp; mop floors</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Remove all leaves from trays</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Remove and log waste at the end of each day</li></ul></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Transplant and harvest plants</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Clean and charge lifts</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Report leaks and faulty equipment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Take part in overall facility cleanliness including room resets</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">May be flexed into other duties within the department as assigned for production-related events, such as Harvest, Transplants, Room Resets - No IPM Sprays</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">On occasion, you may be asked to cross train or assist in other departments or positions, such as Finished Goods or Flower Processing</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Passionate interest in Horticulture. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Knowledge in basic plumbing and electrical tasks</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess valid driver’s license or state ID</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies  </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground</li></ul> </div>
