AI & Automation Consultant

<div> Overview The goal of this consultancy is to work closely with functional leaders and Senior Management to identify the most critical and resource-intensive workflows and make them more efficient by leveraging AI. <ul><li>Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to map workflows end-to-end</li><li>Jointly define metrics to evaluate productivity for each workflow, with SMT input  </li><li>Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-supported optimisation or automation</li><li>Design and support the roll-out of pilots for new AI-powered workflows </li><li>Lead company-wide implementation, including project planning, training, documentation &amp; standardization across markets etc. </li></ul> Scope This exercise will span the following functions and their constituent departments: <ul><li>Product. Product Management, Market research, Software, IT </li><li>External Affairs. Communications, Grants &amp; Partnerships, Government Relations </li><li>Commercial. Overview:<ul><li>A brief introduction to the consultant, highlighting relevant experience and expertise in AI process automation.</li><li>Understanding of our company's industry, operations, and challenges.</li></ul>   b. Methodology:<ul><li>Detailed outline of the consultant's approach to conducting the process review and automation assessment.</li><li>Description of the tools, techniques, and frameworks that will be utilised during the engagement.</li></ul>   c. Team Composition:<ul><li>Profiles of key team members who will be involved in the project, emphasising their qualifications and previous relevant experience.</li></ul>   d. Project Timeline:<ul><li>Proposed timeline with key milestones and deliverables.</li><li>The estimated effort required for each phase of the project.</li></ul>   e. Budget:<ul><li>A financial proposal detailing the cost structure, including fees and any additional expenses.</li></ul>5. Evaluation Criteria: The proposals received will be evaluated based on the following criteria:    a. Expertise and Experience:<ul><li>Relevance of the consultant's experience in AI process automation.</li><li>Track record of successful projects and client references.</li></ul>   b.
