We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Daily fleet management in the Benelux region. This includes trucks, trailers and chassis</li><li>Serve as first point contact for drivers and service partners regarding all fleet-related matters.</li><li>Ensure the fleet remains in optimal condition by efficiently coordinating and managing repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize costs.</li><li>Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations</li><li>Collaborate closely with the operational team to maximize fleet uptime and availability.</li><li>Performance analysis and optimization to meet KPIs and SLAs</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>A minimum of a relevant MBO+ level degree is required; technical knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in a fleet manager or vehicle maintenance role is a plus.</li><li>Strong collaborator, you will be in contact with a lot of people</li><li>Strong service and solution oriented mindset</li><li>Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions</li><li>Fluency in Dutch &amp; English </li><li>Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is preferred but not required</li><li>Driver license C/CE would be considered a plus</li></ul><p>This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in the Netherlands and  travel to customers across the Benelux where the fleet is active will be needed.
