To support the Legal, Risk and Compliance function (LRC) by managing the day-to-day administration of the team and assisting with provision of Fastmarkets’ company secretarial responsibilities.The role includes:<ul><li>managing the central LRC team inboxes &amp; updating worklist trackers;</li><li>assisting the team on projects</li><li>assisting with provision of Co Sec support</li><li>onboarding new suppliers</li><li>managing the processing of invoices and expenses</li><li>updating budget tracker</li><li>organising team meetings</li><li>general legal admin e.g. arranging extinction and filing of documents.</li></ul>The role sits in the newly established LRC function within Fastmarkets. LRC is responsible for managing legal, risk, compliance, privacy, Co Sec and ESG on a global basis across the business.The General Counsel reports to the CFO and the team is viewed as a genuine business partner, critical to helping the organisation deliver its strategy.  To support the Legal, Risk and Compliance function (LRC) by managing the day-to-day administration of the team and assisting with provision of Fastmarkets’ company secretarial responsibilities.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Triaging and allocating new matters for review, providing initial guidance where applicable.</li><li>Creating template email responses to frequently asked questions, including re-directing matters to other LRC inboxes, confirming our position on third party NDAs.</li><li>Providing guidance on LRC team policy/process.</li><li>Producing reports of key data from the FM Ask Legal inbox, including number of matters received per month, matters allocated to LOD, percentage increase of matters between months.</li><li>Updating our worklist tracker with new matters from FM Ask Legal.</li><li>Updating our External Counsel spreadsheet with contact information, outlines of fees and links to engagement letters</li><li>Sending out sales contract trackers</li><li>Supporting and managing supplier onboarding through procurement portal.</li><li>Liaising with the suppliers to request various information needed for the forms, including contract length, company details and value.</li><li>Invoice and expenses raising and processing, budgeting tracking and managing POs</li><li>General co sec support and admin</li><li>Filing and general legal admin – document execution, managing team meetings and diaries.</li></ul>
