This role ensures efficient coordination between project leadership, contractors, vendors, and corporate functions by managing documentation, site logistics, and administrative processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized site operations and enabling the construction team to focus on safe and efficient project delivery.</span></div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the on-site construction and project management teams.</li><li>Maintain organized records for site documentation, including reports, permits, correspondence, and project files.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, site visits, and logistics for internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support onboarding processes for site personnel, contractors, and visitors.</li><li>Maintain document control systems for site records, including drawings, revisions, reports, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Coordinate administrative processes related to contractor access, documentation, and site requirements.</li><li>Assist with scheduling, site communications, and logistics.</li><li>Help maintain site safety records, training logs, and compliance documentation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4+ years of administrative experience in <b>construction, engineering, industrial projects, or infrastructure environments</b></li><li>Experience supporting <b>construction site or plant operations</b></li><li>Strong organizational and document management skills</li><li>Experience supporting field teams or project teams in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul><br><div>Last Energy provides decarbonized, reliable, affordable nuclear energy at scale by innovating on the delivery model, not the reactor.
