This is a handson, highownership role for someone excited to experiment, and improve PlugShare’s representation across multiple consumer and community touchpoints. </div><div> </div><div>In addition to content creation and distribution, this role will help steward existing workflows that impact growth, trust, and visibility such as app store presence and community engagement. The scope may evolve over time, making this role ideal for a midlevel marketer who enjoys figuring things out and expanding ownership as needs emerge. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:  </strong></div><div><ul><li>Build and evolve PlugShare’s content marketing program, starting from a relatively early stage </li><li>Experiment to identify the right content mix, formats, and channels to drive awareness, engagement, and trust </li><li>Personally create high impact content while also editing and guiding work produced by freelancers and agencies </li><li>Manage external partners, including briefing, timelines, feedback, and quality control </li><li>Plan and distribute content across existing channels, including: </li><li>Social media </li><li>Lifecycle and campaign messaging (Braze) </li><li>SEO driven content (blogs, landing pages, evergreen resources) </li><li>Support and improve growth adjacent workflows that shape customer perception and engagement </li><li>Develop content and programs that serve both EV drivers and business partners across the EV community </li><li>Partner cross functionally communicate insights and customer needs </li><li>Maintain content calendars and ensure a consistent PlugShare voice across channels </li><li>Track performance at a practical level and use learnings to iterate and improve </li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.</li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or a related role</li><li>Proven ability to both create content yourself and manage others’ work (freelancers or agencies)</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li><li>Comfort working in ambiguity and taking ownership of loosely defined problem areas</li><li>Experience distributing content across multiple digital channels</li><li>Ability to make complex or technical topics clear and engaging</li><li>Interest in EVs, clean energy, or mobility (prior EV experience is a plus, not a requirement) </li></ul></div><div>For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $89,300.00 USD to $111,600.00 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
