You’ll help shape a proactive safety culture, lead safety initiatives, and ensure our teams have the tools, training, and environment they need to work safely every day.</p><p> </p><p><strong>This role will be onsite in Bristol, WI. Relocation Assistance is available.</strong></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Support the EHS Manager in developing and implementing safety programs that prevent incidents and reduce risk.</li> <li>Ensure full compliance with ERMCO’s safety policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Lead core Emergency Response responsibilities in alignment with the site’s emergency response plan.</li> <li>Partner with leaders and supervisors to help all employees understand and meet ERMCO’s safety expectations.</li> <li>Complete safety reporting<strong> </strong>accurately and on time.</li> <li>Maintain programs for employee testing, exposure monitoring, and required evaluations.</li> <li>Develop and maintain safety systems, policies, procedures, and standard work.</li> <li>Inspect facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards, unsafe behaviors, and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Conduct incident and near‑miss investigations and support corrective action plans.</li> <li>Deliver training to employees and managers on safe work practices and safety procedures.</li> <li>Ensure contractors meet ERMCO’s safety standards while working onsite.</li> <li>Support safety‑related compliance activities connected to SPCC, SWPPP, wastewater, ISO, and operational programs.</li> <li>Participate in risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Work with vendors on equipment specifications and evaluate materials to ensure they meet safety and quality requirements.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in occupational health &amp; safety Occupational Health &amp; Safety or a related field.</li> <li>1–2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</li> <li>Manufacturing EHS experience (5 years preferred).</li> <li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p><strong>Join ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career.</strong></p><h2>Job Locations</h2>US-WI-Bristol
