By enabling teams with reliable systems, clear guidance and operational excellence, they help Fastmarkets deliver world-class market data and insights that power our users’ businesses.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESPricing Governance &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure pricing workflows and operational practices adhere to Fastmarkets’ compliance framework and regulatory obligations, including IOSCO principles.</li><li>Master the use of pricing tools, such as our internal pricing database, to enable Fastmarkets’ reporting teams to conduct accurate and reliable price discovery.</li><li>Identify and escalate compliance risks related to pricing operations and proactively implement preventative controls.</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Efficiency:<ul><li>Work with the wider pricing operations team to review and streamline processes, reduce manual interventions and embed automation into recurring workflows.</li><li>Partner with technology and data teams to help design, test and implement system enhancements,</li><li>Continuously evaluate pricing processes to identify areas for innovation and improvement, ensuring they remain aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.</li><li>Support post-implementation reviews to ensure improvements are delivering measurable impact and efficiency gains.</li></ul>Data Integrity &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Safeguard the accuracy, consistency and reliability of all pricing data across systems, maintaining rigorous quality control standards.</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in pricing data and workflows in partnership with other teams, ensuring that root causes are identified and addressed.</li><li>Regularly carry out integrity assessments of pricing data and reporting processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development:<ul><li>Contribute to the creation and upkeep of operational documentation, including SOPs, training materials and system guides.</li><li>Deliver training to editorial and operations colleagues on pricing tools, compliance standards and process improvements.</li><li>Share knowledge and best practice across teams to promote operational excellence, efficiency and compliance awareness.</li></ul>KEY INTERFACES <ul><li>You will work with a global team of around six to seven people.</li><li>You will ensure prices are published to the right channels through the right procedures.</li><li>You will enable the editorial team, helping prices meet industry regulatory standards.</li><li>You will work closely with editorial, analytics, marketing, compliance and product teams to drive the alignment of and adherence to best practices, and to continually improve those best practices.</li></ul>*** Please note, this is a full time, fixed term position, starting at 12pm (BRT) each day ***
