The first involves advancing projects through the development pipeline. This involves tracking milestones and coordinating with developers, landowners, permitting agencies, utilities, and engineering consultants to keep projects moving toward construction-ready status. The second involves building internal software tools to support project tracking, sales and sales engineering workflows, and the transition of projects from development into market participation — including ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) registration, Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) onboarding, commissioning testing, and initial market bidding. This role sits at the intersection of project management and software development and is well-suited for someone comfortable toggling between stakeholder coordination and technical problem-solving.
