The pay rate for this position is $13.50 to $16.00/hr. based on experience.  The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This safety sensitive, detail oriented, and highly motivated individual will be responsible for operating different types of balers, shredders and grinders. serif;font-size:14pt;">Identify and label different types of material properly.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Use basic and power hand tools to remove unwanted metal and plastic from recycled plastics.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Help drive sustainability by sorting different types of plastic and separating them to be used in the grinding and extrusion process.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Identify when material is not melting properly, adjust temperatures, screw speed and ram settings as needed on compounder machines.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Regular/Daily cleaning of work area and tools.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Work efficiently and productively.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino ,
