What you will be responsible for:We are looking for an experienced Area Superintendent to be part of the core leadership team launching and scaling our LA market expansion. Combining experience around residential construction, subcontractor management, building department engagement, and team management, this role will work closely with the planning &amp; operations, design, and development teams to ensure that field teams have the necessary training, support, and resources to assemble and commission Aro Homes safely, to high-quality standards, and within budget and schedule. This role will oversee all construction projects and field teams in the area, with a primary focus on enhancing team capabilities, maintaining safety and compliance, ensuring top-notch quality, and assessing and building the resources needed to successfully deliver projects and grow the team.
