In this role, the Origination Manager will work directly with the Origination Lead for the Western Region to shape deal strategy, evaluate opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and drive transactions from early engagement through execution. The role requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to independently manage multiple transactions, and the confidence to represent LRE with customers and internal leadership.
