Customer-Driven Engineering &amp; Configuration Support<ul><li>Serve as the supply chain interface for customer configurations, interfaces, and delivery requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering to translate customer changes into practical sourcing actions.</li><li>Read technical documentation to ensure accurate procurement and service alignment.</li><li>Keep sourcing plans, supplier approvals, and schedules updated with engineering changes.</li><li>Contribute to build and deployment readiness reviews for Ground Station and ISR systems.</li></ul>3. Sales Order &amp; Supply Chain Execution<ul><li>Own end-to-end supply chain execution for customer sales orders, covering:</li><li>Electronic components and subsystems for Ground Station and ISR platforms</li><li>Mechanical assemblies, enclosures, racks, cabling, and installation hardware</li><li>Ground station services, capacity reservations, and operational support</li><li>Align procurement and service activation with customer timelines and commitments.</li><li>Guide priorities when demand conflicts arise, escalating critical tradeoffs.</li><li>Ensure accurate execution and tracking in ERP and related systems, including costs and status.</li></ul>4. Supplier &amp; Ground Station Service Provider Management<ul><li>Manage operational and commercial relationships with hardware suppliers and ground station providers.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms with ground station partners, including:</li><li>Data packages, throughput, and capacity commitments</li><li>Service availability, pricing, and SLAs</li><li>Defined escalation mechanisms</li><li>Track supplier and provider performance against delivery, quality, and service targets.</li><li>Drive expediting, schedule recovery, and service changes to protect customer deliveries.</li></ul>5.Cross-Functional Alignment &amp; Customer Delivery<ul><li>Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to align requirements and timelines.</li><li>Communicate material status, service readiness, risks, and mitigation plans.</li><li>Join order reviews, delivery tracking, and customer readiness forums.</li><li>Present supply chain execution status in internal and customer meetings when needed.</li></ul>6.
