As a Project Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting project delivery across AECOM’s diverse portfolio. Your role will ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.• Coordinate project schedules, Salesforce setup, and document workflows to ensure timely project execution. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and governance. • Support project delivery through meeting setups, project planning, and financial coordination. • Assist with team management tasks, including briefings, travel arrangements, and security clearances. • Foster collaboration across teams to meet stakeholder needs and maintain high-quality governance standards.
