Organize and facilitate cross-functional workshops and manage and continuously improve processes while coordinating activities across designated locations.</li><li>Drive DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) initiatives by providing training on DFA and DFM concepts and conducting complex analyses to recommend improvements.</li><li>Coordinate, audit, and drive competitive product improvement efforts in collaboration with local and global teams.</li><li>Perform detailed product and process cost analyses with a strong understanding of cost drivers.
