Deliver results against budget and ensure achievement of Transport &amp; Logistics performance KPIs.</li><li>Run routine reviews and follow‑ups with project teams, cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and customers, raecruit personnel as per headcount budget and in alignment with HR policies. Be accountable for the team in line with Hitachi Energy Group compliance, Integrity, Health &amp; Safety requirements.</li><li>Oversee the use of transportation and customs/trade software systems for global heavy‑lift planning and scheduling.
