SummaryAs the Senior Manager of Global Benefits, you will be a strategic architect reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards. You will move beyond maintenance to design forward-thinking programs that reinforce our "Work Where You Work Best" culture that has landed us on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For year after year.What You’ll NeedGlobal Program Management &amp; Implementation<ul><li> Lead the design and implementation of company benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, disability, life insurance, flexible spending, and wellness offerings</li><li>Oversee ongoing administration of benefits programs, including time off, sick pay, vendor management, and program maintenance</li></ul>Strategic &amp; Fiscal Ownership<ul><li> Lead global benefits renewals and manage a multi-million-dollar benefits budget while partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR</li><li>Evaluate and implement new benefits programs by assessing cost, risk, and legal considerations and aligning initiatives with company sustainability and financial goals</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>Directly lead and mentor a specialized, multi-continent team, including the North America Benefits Manager, Europe Benefits Manager, and a Benefits Analyst</li></ul>Policy &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li> Establish and continuously improve benefits policies and practices to support organizational needs</li><li>Address complex, ambiguous challenges by identifying alternative procedures and developing solutions that impact both short- and long-term operational goals</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with senior functional managers and cross-functional teams to influence recommendations and drive results</li><li>Communicate program changes and details consistently to ensure employees stay informed</li></ul>Discretion and Impact<ul><li> Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining sub-function results</li></ul>What You’ll DoMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience</li><li>3 years of direct people management experience preferred, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers and/or established individual contributors</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience supporting self-funded insurance programs, retirement plans, and disability or accommodation processes</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining benefits policies and documentation for employee reference and internal platforms</li><li>Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations related to employee benefits</li><li>Management experience with exposure to benefits programs across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, along with a broad understanding of related HR functions</li><li>CEBS, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus but not required.</li><li>Exposure to 401(k) plan administration</li><li>Working knowledge of the Workday Benefits module.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools or resources used to improve operational efficiency and processes</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office</li></ul>How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $133,000.00 - $214,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
