Reconcile inter-company transactions and balances on a monthly basis. 4. Leadership Support Act as the "Right Hand" to the Finance Head, assisting with high-level financial reviews and strategic decisions. Supervise the daily activities of the junior accounting team, providing guidance and reviewing work quality. Represent the finance function in internal meetings when the Finance Head is unavailable. 5. Audit, Controls &amp; Compliance Assist in managing Statutory and Internal Audits by providing necessary schedules, data, and explanations. Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and approval matrices. Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances (TDS, GST, etc.) in coordination with the tax team.</div>
