You know your way around cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, and Kubernetes, and can think through infrastructure challenges.</li><li>You understand databases, performance tuning, and debugging complex systems inside and out.</li><li>You love leading engineers while staying close to the technical details.</li><li>You think in terms of systems and long-term impact, balancing reliability, performance, and speed.</li><li>You’re a strong communicator, able to connect with engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders alike.</li><li>You thrive in an environment where you can make a difference, grow your team, and see the real-world impact of your work.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
