With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li><strong>Receiving: </strong>Receive, reconcile, and properly route inbound parcel and freight shipments. Unload multiple trucks a day. Ensure all receiving is completed by EOM.</li> <li><strong>Inspection &amp; Compliance:</strong> Perform physical inspections of incoming raw materials, hardware, and specialized components to ensure they are free of damage.</li> <li><strong>Documentation Management:</strong> Verify and process documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (CoC), test reports, and packing slips, ensuring 100% accuracy before parts enter inventory.</li> <li><strong>ERP/MRP Data Entry:</strong> Accurately record all inbound shipments in the company’s enterprise system and communicate discrepancies to Procurement teams. </li> <li><strong>Non-Conforming Material Handling:</strong> Ability to identify and segregate items that fail to meet basic quality standards or lack proper documentation.</li> <li><strong>Specialized Material Handling:</strong> Safely manage the receipt of temperature-sensitive items, hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and others. </li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Interact daily with employees from many different departments at our company Headquarters, adhering to high standards of customer service. </li></ul><h2>Required</h2><ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li> <li>3-5 years shipping/receiving experience.</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.</li> <li>Experience with ERP/Inventory management software tools.</li> <li>Strict attention to detail is required.</li> <li>Ability to be forklift certified.</li></ul><h2>Desired</h2><ul> <li>  <ul>   <li>Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred</li>   <li>Strong understanding of the full Supply Chain Model and how it affects other aspects of the business</li>  </ul></li></ul><p> </p><p>Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
